Returns

 We hope that you love all your purchases from Tori Marie Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Items purchased at a discount or items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, make-up, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear.  Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.

Return Process:
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day period. You can reach us at torimarieboutique@gmail.com
• Provide us with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
• Our customer service team will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:
• You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
• Please securely package the item to prevent any damage during transit.
• All returns must be sent back with their packing slip.
• Once we receive your return please allow 5-7 business days to receive your credit/gift card.

Refund Method:
• Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card for Tori Marie Boutique, our online store.
• The gift card will be issued for the full purchase amount of the returned item(s).
• The gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your original purchase.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the gift card to be processed and delivered to your email.

Damaged Items:
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item. Please email us with pictures of any damage. 

Order Cancellations and Changes:
We are unable to cancel or change ANY order placed for ANY reason. If eligible, you are welcome to return your item once you receive it.
